2.0TDI CR140 CJAA CBEA CBAB BV43 52mm billet CR170 hybrid

BV43A/B based 52mm billet wheel hybrid turbocharger for round port 2.0TDI CR engines such us: CJAA CBEA CBAB CBBB CEGA etc.
Benefits from CR170 turbine wheel and CNC cut 52mm performance billet compressor wheel.
It can safely run around 1.9bar of boost making 220-230bhp.
It's an upgrade over the usual CR170 turbo that comes with 49mm compressor wheel as stock.
 
On CJAA and CBEA it requires emissions/EGR deleted and CR170 intake pipe and elbow that can be supplied for extra £50 (not required on CBAB or CBAB/CEGA). It also requires EGT sensor spacer (CJAA/CBEA only) that can be ordered here:

It does work well with the usual stage3 tune.
 
3 or 4bar MAP sesnor and proper custom tune/remap is recommended for best results.
 
It's to replace turbos that come with plastic discharge pipe/boost damper (if your vehicle comes with metal damper please let us know after purchase)
