BMW 3.0d M57306D3 hybrid turbocharger. 
Based on the standard 197/231bhp GTB2260vk unit fitted with large 65mm GTX style 11+0 blades CNC cut performance billet compressor wheel and large 9 blade high flow GT23 turbine wheel.
Comes complete with electronic actuator.
 
Rated for 350-390bhp with appropriate supporting mods and good custom remap
